Shout out to the fantastic service! Our air conditioner broke down Thursday evening, so we called Droegkamp at 7 a.m. to request service. At first, we were told they were fully booked for the day, but when we mentioned that they installed our unit when the house was built and handled all the HVAC work when we finished the basement, they stood by us as loyal customers. They managed to squeeze us in, and by 6 p.m. we were up and running again. Excellent service!
